Dr. Aneetha V is working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Civil Engineering at NIT Warangal. She has obtained her PhD in Building Technology and Construction Management from IIT Madras. She has experience in academia and construction industry. She has worked in Qatar as a Planning Engineer after her Masters in Construction Engineering and Management from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University Chennai. She has Coordinated with five universities located in China (Tsinghua and Tianjin), India (IIT-Madras), Canada (University of Calgary), and the U.S. (North Carolina State University) for the Global Construction Engineering and Management Practices course at IIT Madras. Her research interests are in the field of Construction Project Management such as nd Planning, Building information modelling, construction contracts and Lean Construction. She has published research articles in reputed journals and international conferences. She has got an Early Career Research Award project funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board (Department of science and Technology) namely “Development of Road Information Modelling based coordination method for utility relocations”. She has guided 15 MTech students, 6 batches of BTech students and has three ongoing PhD students.
