Dr. Ch. Sampath Kumar  received his Ph.D in  Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras in the year 2018. He pursued his M.Tech. from IIT Guwahati with specialization in Fluids and Thermal Sciences. He has Teaching experience of 3.5 years post Ph.D. So far, he received  3 research project fundings worth Rs 80,89,890/- . He published  8 research papers  in peer reviewed journals related to heat transfer area. He also presented his research work  at various prestigious conferences like ASME, IHTC, ISHMT etc..He  taught courses like Heat transfer, Mechanical Measurements, Fluid mechanics, Basic Mechanical enginerring at UG Level and courses like conduction and Radiation, Computational Fluid Dynamics at PG level. So far,he has guided 5 PG Projects and  2 UG projects in the last two years. Presently  3 Ph.D. students are carrying out their research work uder his guidence. His research interests include Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Lattice Boltzmann Method, Porous Media etc.
